ABOUT


British - Polish Investment Alliance (BPIA) is an international student project aiming at establishing long-term economic and business relations between students and professionals in Great Britain and Poland. The most important components making British Polish Investment Alliance unique, are as follows:


Corporate Partners

Discussion panels with corporate representatives and workshops at companies’ headquarters.

Academic Institutions

Visiting best academic institutions, meetings with recruitment offices and student societies.

Local Authorities

Meetings with diplomats, professors and local authorities in main cities of Great Britain.

Conferences

We are loyal participants of two great conferences: LSE Polish Economic Forum and Oxford Inspires.

The main purpose of the conference is to promote opportunities that have been emerging in Poland in the education, finance, and innovation sectors. We strive to establish a long-term networking platform between professionals and Polish students in order to facilitate exchange of information, experiences, and knowledge.

Korporacja HZ is the Foreign Trade Faculty Alumni Association, which has been active in the Warsaw School of Economics for more than 26 years. Within its „SGH Professionals” project Korporacja HZ works for the integration of its alumni with younger graduates and for the prosperity of Alma Mater by promoting economic education, an international trade exchange and supporting foreign investment. It has over 600 members and associates in Poland and abroad.

British Polish Investment Alliance is organized by Investors’ Club – one of the biggest, most established and most active student organizations at Warsaw School of Economics. Founded in 2002, the association currently has over 100 carefully selected members, as well as over 250 alumni working for top financial institutions. Excluding BPIA, the most prominent projects of Investor’s Club are: Private Equity Academy, Stock Exchange Academy, Focus on Forex and ABC Financial Statements.
